Hello again fellow GMC'ers smile.gif

I deliver here two takes on this nice lesson, now I think the first one is better, but why not ask other players?

Any comments, criticism or suggestions how to improve are really appreciated:)

two tips: use more fingers! In the first part you only use index and middel. Also when bending, try to line up your fingers. So bending with your ring finger, put your ringfinger on the 13th fret (just example) and then put your middenl- and indexfinger on the 12t and maybe 11th fret on the same string. if you bend then, you have three fingers for power!

It was pretty much accurate and clean Marek,
however you started with tapping part too early in both takes,
it starts on second 4th in bar and not on second 8th. smile.gif

Regarding your left hand,
I believe you should get more connection with the neck,
your thumb is very low on the neck all the time
which causes you troubles to perform vibrato and bends,
try wrapping it more about neck.

Good take overally, well done. smile.gif

Thanks for the comments Kaznie and Muris:) When it comes to playing only two fingers at the start, well Muris played it more less the same, as You can't change fingers while sliding wink.gif But adding more fingers to bend is what I forget to do often.

Will try to wrap my thumb about the neck more, makes so much sense! Why I can't think of such things by myself? sleep.gif wink.gif

Those things usually come with time

Unfortunatley the classic method of learning is to try and keep your thumb in the middle of the back of the neck, whilst this helps with beginners learning chords and stuff it desnt really help people with developing strong bends and vibrato, I know this because I am trying to re-learn myself!!

There in nothing wrong with classical style,
it's just that it doesn't work nicely for everything,
line has to be drawn and specially for teachers who say
"this is the only and the best way". smile.gif
