Well as some of you know from my off topic discuss thread my Windows Vista install crashed for the third time and I've reverted entirely back to Win XP. For some reason however I can't get my Pro Tools to work properly since the reload, which is okay because I want to learn to use Reaper.

I have everything working well... besides the fact I can't export mp3, it tells me I need a lame encoder. I downloaded the lame encoder.dll and regsvr32 it into my Windows install but it still doesn't work.
Does anyone know how to export Mp3s using Reaper?

If you click File, then render it will bring up a box with your rendering options around the center it gives the folder options where to save the file and below that is the ouput options, choose MP3 (lame) choose what bitrates you want etc then hit render smile.gif

It doesn't come with it. Just google it and place that file in the folder.

Yeah I remember encountering the same problem once, guess what you say was what solved it for me.
