Happy holidays all!
Merry Christmas and wishing you all a great New Year 2014+

So what's your New Year Resolutions planned?

I personally need to get into some more practice and playing of my precious axe! I've been slacking off lately with the excuse of not enough time in life with part-time work, studying, social life, and 8 hours worth of gaming a day, etc. I guess I should cut back a bit on my sleep?

Anyways, have a great break if your got one and spend some time with family and friends smile.gif

Not to procrastinate as much sad.gif My biggest problem is not practicing but setting up my gear to record myself, I know sounds lame but its true. On a side note I learned the first part of Eruption at half the speed but want to be able to play it all smile.gif

Is it really bad as a guitarist that Eruption does nothing for me?

I missed it when it first came out, I was a little too young, so the impact of such a ground breaking change in guitar playing was lost on me, as I heard it after I'd heard Vai, Satriani, Gilbert and Malmsteen.

I much prefer EVH's Rhythm work to his lead playing

Anyway back on topic.

I have decided today I'm going to create and clearly define my goals for 2014 and work out my action plan to achieve them. I'm good at doing this but really bad at following through with it! so I hope this year will be different.
I might even lay it out like a college course and set up modules to cross off as I do them.
