For some reason my place seems to attract lost dogs, over the years Stacie and I have taken in and found the owners of about a half a dozen dogs including a couple sled dog pups that somehow got out of their kennel that turned out were owned by a local dog musher, and a beautiful Newfounland hound and Siberian husky owned by a family that had recently moved into this area. Its very rewarding to see little kids reunited with their pets.
Wow, you must see some beautiful hounds out there.
Yeah it makes me think I'm really glad the animal found us so we're able to make it an easier experience for them until they're reunited with their owners, instead of a terrifying one.
