I wonder how many people have heard this band. They're somewhat infamously quirky sometimes to the point of being a bit disturbing. Yet from the first time I heard "The Cardiacs - A Little Man and a house and the Whole World Window" I haven't been able to go many months without wanting to hear it. It has many unique charms for an indie rock-band. Being orchestrated with horns and strings mixed with distorted guitar-leads. I'm guessing the main reason they're not that well-known is because of their original sound, which is why I applaud them.

Jump 40 seconds in on the last one. Has a bunch of text in the beginning.
