Hey folks!
Today I recorded Steve Vai´s "For the Love of God" again. I hope you like it!

I know I have some cleanness and timing problems and I try to fix them! smile.gif

Comments are more than welcome!

Cheers,
Tolek

Nicely done man.

I see like me the whammy bar has been completely ditched on the 555. Some priceless facial expressions in there too. Good to see your feeling the music though

Ive honestly been trying to crack FTLOG for a while now, but ive been favouring my stat as of recent. You can only get so far into a Vai song with 21 frets though.

Thank you! The whammy bar is indeed not very stable... But you see that playing ftlog isn´t impossible without whammy bar. laugh.gif And the facial expressions aren´t willingly, but I crack up when I see it, as well. laugh.gif laugh.gif

That´s true and that´s why I wanted a JEM with 24 frets. biggrin.gif

very nice playing, I have but one suggestion.

It looks like you are struggling with keeping your headphone wire from interfering with your playing at some points.
I keep mine thrown over my shoulder when recording with headphones wink.gif

I will try and write a long comment like last time one of these days, Tolek. My only suggestion right now is a bit work on the vibrato...maybe make it a tiny bit slower and wider.

Yeah, I tried different positions, but this one is the best since my POD is in front of me... I´ll try to make another furniture arrangment when recording. Maybe it can be better. smile.gif
And thanks! biggrin.gif

I´m looking forward to it, Ben! smile.gif I´m working on my vibrato all the time. Muris told me some hints which I try to apply.
