hi!

sounds really interesting....
I travel a lot cause of work so what if I need more time than one week for the tasks?

Theory really is a weak point for me and I tried different things but somehow didn´t get it done properly...
so, if time allows I would like to sign up and give it a try!

Hey Alex I'm interested in this because music theory is something I enjoy, but I was wondering if this type of mentoring involves submittting videos and rec takes? I don't have access to any camera.

Hey Alex

This was the sort of thing I was look for with my mentoring, so I'm definitely in.

For example I composed a short piece where I didn't think about chords too much but followed what the melody seemed to suggest and came up with the accompaniment by finding the notes that fit. I have to now work out the chord names or the implied chord names and why they work. I'll probably need your help with that, I know I'm guessing there are some diminished chords and parallel majors in there.

I'll record it tonight and put it in my mentoring thread.

This is a great idea.
I would like to join in as well.
Theory has never been my forte.
I learned a bit of piano theory when I was a kid.
But guitar theory is different although they have a common basis.
Looking forward to learn more from you Alex.

If everything will be in one thread it will get confusing! smile.gif So it's better to keep everything separated!
