There is also a FREE app called TUX that can read guitar pro files.

Both are great ways to read GUITAR PRO files. This is not GUITAR RIG which is a bit of software to emulate guitar tones. That's something else entirely. GUITR PRO is all about TABLATURE. It will play back any gp tablature file so you can hear it in addition ot seeing it. Very handy when learning!

Hey, very nice app to have on IPhone, although I think it's very simplified, not sure if it works with drop tunings (as some members commented bellow the app). But, you can't beat the price, you get what you paid for definitely.

Is the a Tux Guitar version from the AppStore too?
