Wow I am blown away - we have so many skilled songwriters here!

I think the song was very fresh - and the fact that your singer sounded quite young gave it a really unique vibe. Also I really liked how the singer pushed his voice at the end of the tune (made me want even more of it - which usually is a good sign)

Also - the simplistic arrangement, riffs and lyrics - makes it a very popular oriented tune to my ears. This can be really tricky to achieve.

Listening to it again now! biggrin.gif

Nice simple but very effective song. I agree about the comments about the vocalist very good and good attitude. I do really like the main distorted riff I think it's very powerful. The production is also really tight did you guys do it yourself or did you get someone else to do it?

The only thing I wasn't totally sure about was the drum sound but that's probably just my fussyness =]

me and the guitarist had prerecorded the tracks with cubase, we went to the drummers relatives who had his studio free on a sunday, so we recorded the drums and vocals there, later mixing the tracks together using protools, its an exellent program and can tighten up the track perfectly with the press of a button! i can see why people say that protools is the studio standard for music production, if you like this track stay tuned next week as we are back this sunday

"Think of a guitar solo as a paragraph. You need a clear beginning, a middle, and an end. Look at musical phrases like sentences, and make sure you break them up using punctuation—or space. You pause naturally when conversing, right? If you don't, you'll bore the listener. The same thing will happen with your audience if your solo is one dimensional. You'll wear them out and lose their attention." —Tom Principato
