Ohhh, think I'm losing my self a bit guys...
Recently I bought Triaxis and G-Force,haven't tried it decently yet
and now I'm thinking of something totally different.

The story goes.
A friend of mine called me an hour ago,he bought Road King head(brand new)
from some relative in Germany for 1500 euros ohmy.gif
We all do know what kind of amp is Road King and how much it actually cost cool.gif
And this friend of mine isn't pro player at all,
he has some company for cleaning articles,export-import etc.

And of course he knows what king of gear (read Mesa) fan I am,
so he told me "I'll play it for few weeks and than you can have it,for the same price I payed"

I'm planing to get this beauty guys, and I'm serious about it!!!! blink.gif

Sure is fun to buy new stuff but also pretty pricey if you sum up all the gear you bought recently. Do you own a gold mine or something?? biggrin.gif

And sorry but i wouldn't name Mesa a "king of gear" wink.gif Don't shoot me for this wink.gif biggrin.gif

Well if you have exactly 1500e or less I wouldn't suggest buying it. You know that old saying - you never know wink.gif

If you have like >1700e laying around, go ahead and buy it.

But... hey for that kind of money you can consider some other serious shoppings...

Thinks twice Muris, don't rush it.

Well, I would generally always buy some gear if the price is so low that if I put it in adverts tomorrow it will be gone in a week. You know your gear prices, so it is a very good decision to buy a legendary tube Mesa Boogie head for a great price. smile.gif I don't know about there but I presume that there aren't too many of those in the adverts. Rarity always find a buyer, and if not, you can always - play it smile.gif

I'm a mesa fun I've tried everything and I've found the mark IV the right guy for me, for 1.500 even if I don't like the roadking, too modern sounding to my taste, I'll buy it anyway it's a rip off, average used price is 2.000 2.300 euro

Thanks for asking mate smile.gif

yeah,I got it and played for few hours
until I noticed that power conditioner I had isn't strong enough (says 50watts tho blink.gif ).
Anyhow,it's at my friend's place,he's el. guy trying to figure out best solution for it,
maybe to change power converter inside Triaxis or to make one external, around 100watts or som.
Will keep you updated and post some clips as soon as possible. smile.gif

Generally I'd say go for it Muris but on this occasion I've one possible doubt - whether or not it will integrate into the versatile pre/power amp based rack system setups you've got? With that in mind would the Triaxis not deliver much of what the Roadking does whilst also being more versatile? If the Triaxis does then it might on this occasion be better to put the 1500USD towards something else (maybe a good parametric eq).

If it doesn't then 1500USD for it seems to me to be a very fair price and if it delivers what you want then great.

Just a thought as most of your rig seems to me based on versatility and flexibility...

Cheers,
Tony
