Maybe sometime this year and maybe once each year there could be an event over a weekend in Europe where everybody on the forums gets together for like a 3 day event where we can maybe have bands with members from the site and instructors, clinics from the instructors and jam sessions and maybe a chance to try out other people's guitars and equipment and maybe get to know everybody a bit better. I bet a lot of people would be up for it.

Or am I dreaming and being silly lol. You decide. biggrin.gif

And with the price of travel a lot cheaper these days. I can get to anywhere in Europe for about £50 and I'd be easily willing to pay that for a GMC event.

International GMC gathering is a great idea. Unfortunately as Muris said, it is hard to get all the papers needed. Expense is on second place really, wich makes it even worse! smile.gif But maybe next year this will happen who knows smile.gif
