There was so much guitar driven music. I lived in Buffalo NY during alot of this time and we had a great club called Sinbads that used to pull in tons of national acts. I got to see Malmsteen, Vinnie Moore, George Lynch, Paul Gilbert, Tesla, Spread Eagle, La Guns, Bullet Boys, Dokken, Saigon Kick, Lillian Axe, BOC, Kansas just to name a few. The place was quite small so I got to hang out with most of these guys. I even went to a Body Count show right after the whole "Cop Killer" controversy. Now that was interesting to say the least.
