Ok here's my take. Damn i can NEVER seem to record it right. I either fluff up a load of notes, get bad timing or just can't get the sound i want. Maybe i'm a live player lol. Anyway all let me know what you think i really want to improve this year so here it is anyway. I'm not 100% happy with it but i didn't want to hold people up

Hey it was not that bad man!! I liked it alot!

And yeah, I messed up in myn alot more than I would have liked but.. Whatever it sounded like you had fun with it?

Recording brings unneeded nerves. sad.gif

Hey Tj, i can tell you put a lot of effort into that one nice one mind sounded pretty damn nice smile.gif. Thanks, i guess i'll get better with recording. While i was making it, it was sounding great as soon as the red button gets clicked it all goes to pot and sounds nowhere near as good lol. Never mind, maybe in the future i'll look back at this and improve it smile.gif

Heh thanks smile.gif.

That exactly how I am, but maybe its just reality that the recording button that we all suck way more than we think we do sad.gif. But it comes with experience I guess.

And I thought your timing was spot on with the track really cool to listen to. You might want to boost the guitar sound a little more and fool around with the EQ's to get a "bigger" sound.

But your playing was great smile.gif.

I feel relieved that it's not just me smile.gif. It's like you;ve got your guitar, you know the track and all as soon as you're ready to record, all that skill goes out the window lol. Mind you, this time round wasn't as bad as last time, i took hours to record a single solo before tongue.gif. How many tracks have you recorded before?

Thanks smile.gif, i deliberately recorded at high volume then turned the track down to try and get an 'in the distance' sort of sound, i guess i turned it down to much. And thanks i'll look into the EQs for the future! Yours was really nice to listen to and it had some interesting turns in it which i wasn't expecting (that's a good thing). Now we await the others lol

Ok guys, heres mine. Be nice, I'm still new at this but what the hell, figured I'd give it a shot. Thanks for letting me take part. Collaborating is really forcing me to learn. Anyway, hope it makes it to the final mix!

Hey man that's a preety unique scale to use over this backing smile.gif and I think you did great considering this is you'r first time in a collab! I'll save the more indepth comments to the final mix.

Also I need you to post a recording without the backing so that I can I put it in the mix!
