i often cut all the strings off when im done with a set- no neck problems so far smile.gif

so you cut the what remains of the strings once they are stringed?

I cut it too. I've recorded a video where I show how to cut or curle up the strings. Some may say that cutting the strings shortens the sustain, but that is not a big deal really. I'll remind you of that old chinese wise saying again: The one who wants sustain - gets sustain smile.gif
