Hey GMC'ers! This week I have been listening to many Bowie's albums and I was wondering... What do you think about him?
I think that he is one of the most talented singers and composer of the last 30 years and that he recorded many great albums in different styles and another thing that I respect of him is that he always sounds modern and actualized. Personally not my taste, I like the odd song by him here and there, I do think he`s a great icon though and deserves the recognition he recieves

Great! I use to learn his songs because he uses very original harmonies in his compositions so I find it very inspiring.

I like his roll in Prestige...he play Nikola Tesla .....and he was great...my favorite song is Major Tom....

I also like The Cure. My favourite album is Disintegration and I think that a "The Cure Style Lesson" would be easier.

Yeah, Bowie is an incredible artist! I love his song "china Girl".
And labrynth... what to say about, I love this film and the actress, jennifer connelly!!

Still, Bowie was a legend in the 70's and let's pretend that the Labyrinth tights and duets with Jagger/Mercury/Bing Crosby didn't happen.  yes, that's my favourite David ERA too... Ziggy Stardust!
