Hey it sounds great, some very minor mistakes, and i do mean MINOR! smile.gif

The fact that you did it without distortion really speaks to how well your technique is coming along, Keep on practicing and im sure you will be doing some insane John Petrucci fast licks cool.gif

This is great man. Try not to tense up your hands so much, and you should execute the exercise in a tempo where you will be able to play all the notes perfectly, cause that is always more important than go fast and sloppy.

Hey man!

Well, there is one problem about that not sounding right...you started your playing half beat before the backing track wink.gif
So, it would be nice if you could record it WITH backing track so it goes together and also you could try playing it with distortion - it shows you a lot of stuff you don't notice while playing with clean sound.

Second thing - i see you are working on your fretting hand position so it's good job m8!

Keep rocking! smile.gif

Well 4 beats are actually there to help count down the tempo in your head and start on-time smile.gif I never found that a problem so honestly i can't think of any tip.
