They probably just couldn't get an artist model from anybody else. biggrin.gif

Yeah, I'm sure that Dave Mustaine couldn't get his artist model with any one else. tongue.gif

I mean come on, I watched an interview in which he said that Deans were the best guitars that he had ever played, And he has played a guitar from like every major company out there. I'm not saying that he's right, but it's a professional ooppinion. smile.gif

Rusty had his contracts with Jackson and Ibanez, MAB had 3 of his signature guitars made by Charvel so i think your theory is falling apart wink.gif

I was just joking tongue.gif I really dislike Dean. A lot of artists use Dimebag guitars and it annoys me. Those other custom artists don't but they have their own custom guitars. The standard series of Dean are poor quality instruments I always find. I much prefer my Parker and Caparison guitars as they always seem to be lovingly crafted and are worth every penny.

Again I was just joking but Dave has probably annoyed every other company to the point of them not dealing with him tongue.gif He's been through every company smile.gif I love Megadeth and Dave but he can be annoying at times biggrin.gif

Seriously, for $1,100 a razorback should be made in the U.S.A and have an original floyd rose, not some crappy tremolo arm made in china by prepubescent children shackled to chairs working for 12 cents an hour.

Those are Licensed Double-Locking Floyd Rose. I pulled it right of the site.

their made by Ping in china. i talked with a tech at guitar center while he had an explosion razorback pulled apart. the tremolos are complete crap, although im surprised deans site doesnt say "official floyd rose". i have a real floyd rose, theres a HUGE difference.

Really? its made by floyd rose corporation? the chinese made ones are made of low quality metal and warp after repeated use. i know someone whose razorback's floyd rose warped and broke after 2 weeks. there is no way a chinese product will ever match an american one.
