Well, even though you didn't know her, I'm still sorry. The kid who did that needs to be shot.

Understandable that you feel schocked since it's a relative. Feels closer in a way though you never met.
It's a tragic thing, a murder sad.gif

Its always the toughest on the family. sad.gif

A friend of mine, who i became good friends with around the end of school, died last october.
I mean even though i lost touch with her, nor was i sad it shocked me alot, it took quite some to finally digest that the person was gone.

I mean we live our lives like naah we will die old, but every second, even this might/ can be your last, its a very difficult concept to grasp.

Wow, that's one way to look at it.. I mean, you can think what you want about death scentences and stuff, but you should try to keep it a bit less extreme on a forum like this.

But yes, I'm sorry man, even though you didn't know her, it's never fun to hear about stuff like this. :/

Dude, don't take it so literal. I don't mean literally shot...just severly punished. It's just an expression wink.gif

Oh, I'm sorry then. I completely missunderstood it, and since I'm also a fan of using expressions like that I should've seen it. My bad.

And sorry to botofox for taking up space in your thread with this.

no the parents of the kid should be shot. he would've turned out fine if the parents took care of him properly. this wouldnt have happened if the parents didnt have this kid as well. so it is basically all the parents fault...

This is botoxfos's thread on a serious matter. Refrain from hijacking it and turning it into a discussion about being for or against death penalty, how to bring up children etc. etc. These subjects are bound to go haywire.
Please show the full respect this matter requires and leave it at that. If you still think any other sub-subjects should be discussed further please create another thread for that topic!

I just found out that my mum's cousin, who is a second generation US immigrant, has been murdered.
It's not like I feel any grief or anything, as I never knew her, but it's still very shocking as she was a relative. blink.gif
Edit: Corrected a factual error.
Edit 2: Changed the link as the old one doesn't work anymore.

Sorry to hear about the loss of your relative, it just goes to show that no matter where you live(minneapolis being a rather safe area to live in) you can become a victim of a scumbag! I just hope that justice is served and the kid is tried and convicted as an adult.
