I actually can imagine life without the internet. That's because I lived the first half of my life without it as it wasn't available to the general public yet. I'm still amazed at how much the world has changed within the past 15 years. Internet, cell phones, electric cars, flat monitors. When I was a kid, those were all things of sci-fi tv shows and movies. Also, I had to do research for my high school papers at the library! ohmy.gif

It did such an amazing thing to humanity...It connected us all and gave us every information we need on a click of a button wink.gif
I too know how it was before it but I can't imagine it now..I guess I would feel so "disconnected" than wink.gif

I couldn't live without it. The internet isn't all good though. There are some bad parts about the internet like illegal downloads and identity stealing.

Unless Muris* wants to move to the US and give me private lessons, I'll keep coming back to GMC.

*and others. I live within driving distance of David Wallimann

I did get the internet cut off at home though. Now I download the Guitar Pro files from lessons at work and just work on them at home. I'm much less distracted without an internet connection. I mean, do I really, really need that next e-mail forward from my mom? wink.gif
