yep once its print screened, put it into paint, save it. then upload it as an attatchment or use http://s206.photobucket.com/ (i use photobucket for all my image attatchments)

yeah but what I mean is that when I insert pictures into posts they just come out as links to the picture. I was wondering how you managed to get the actual picture into the post, so that you don't have to click a link to view it.

okay- scrap the attatchment thing- like i said before use photobucket to upload your image, once its uploaded copy the IMG code from below the image and paste it straight into your post. I keep photobucket bookmarked for this type of thing, its easy to use and fuss free.
