I went for the last choice, but if I had to choose I'd probably pick a mix between Rock, Pop and Metal.
"Rockin' Popmetal" or something like that |

It really just means to throw yourself around like a wildman. It's a very fast paced, aggressive style with tons of headbanging and throwing yourself around, hence the name thrash. Here's an article on its history, in case you were wondering.

Well I know what thrash metal is I'm a big fan of Megadeth, but in the matter of fact I always thought it means same as garbage metal, silly me, I think it would be cool to play some music then call it myself garbage, kinda like ironically Good thing we get it sorted out.
