Hello all
its really nice to be here among all the great guitarist
Ok quick info about me...
My name is Anuj, i live in India
i have nbeen playing for approx 2.5 years... and i feel i have accomplished nothing!!!!
I play all kinds of music, but like to play more of Pop/Rock...
I am a big Slash fan, and then Zakk wylde and late Randy Roads....

I am here to learn from the masters and i hope to become a good guitarist...I am a person who very much believes in learning Theory first and then doing the songs and other fun stuff....(which is good and bad)

I have a guitar website
http://www.guitarheat.com/
http://guitarheat.com/lessons/

Its just 2 months old, and i have not had much time, to do a lot in it... but will keep on improoving it slowly and steadly....

One question that i had was, cant i download the backing tracks on my computer??

Hope to have a Gr888 time here..
Rock on!!

Hi Anuj and welcome to GMC smile.gif .

Downloading backing tracks is something that GMC is working on but I'm afraid I don't think you can do at present.

Until it is I hope you enjoy everything else that's here smile.gif .

Cheers,
Tony

Glad you found us. smile.gif If their is anything I can do to help let me know.

Enjoy yourself and learn everything you can.

"Think of a guitar solo as a paragraph. You need a clear beginning, a middle, and an end. Look at musical phrases like sentences, and make sure you break them up using punctuation—or space. You pause naturally when conversing, right? If you don't, you'll bore the listener. The same thing will happen with your audience if your solo is one dimensional. You'll wear them out and lose their attention." —Tom Principato
