Well I was thinking to myself I wonder what everyones fav. GMC lesson is whether they like listening to it or if its fun to play, or you just dig the instructors shirt or sumthing idk huh.gif

I would make a poll but well as we all know theres a lot of lessons now and it would take me days to find and list them all. So I wanna know what your fav. lesson here at GMC is BTW Student instructor lessons are lessons too so if you like one of the student instructors lessons lets hear it.

BTW srry if this has already been done I searched it alittle but I couldnt find anything soo yeah.

So as for my Fav. lesson is: Eddie Van Halen Style By: Murris
I like this lesson because it sounds just like EVH and its great to listen to although its kinda tough for me to play.

"Fact is, nothing in the world bores me more than gear...If I played thru your rig, I would still sound like me. Van Halen would sound like Van Halen. Brian May...etc. Very early in my career I decided to focus on creating music and not being a guitar tech. Being a good guitar tech is a very different and extremely difficult job, so why not leave it to a pro?"

Hmm- after much thought...

For the awesomeness they present as instructional material..

Ivan's pentatonic workshop

Nick's Knoweth thy major scale.

Awesome lessons.

As far as thinking, "man i love this- because i'll never play it this decade" and for them being so musically cool:

String skipping 2 by muris

and nocturnal vision by the KMC masters.

I could probably tell you my top 50. too many good ones to narrow it down like this. Sort of like seeing 50 beautiful woman. I mean, you get to the point, that is about as good as it gets, so why am I to say "well this one who is as good as it gets is better than all the other that are as good as it gets"? Makes no sense to me.

That's my favorite. , but I still didn't have time to practice it fully. It's a great composition and voice explanations are also on the video. Muris advanced rocking tune:
https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/solo-guit...-tune-advanced/

I would give rank 2 to Wallimann's lessons on Pink Floyd style. They really made me change my use of blues notes and also made my target to improve bend with vibrato.
