Yeah! I just purchased an Epiphone Ebony Explorer without Pickups from Ebay for less than 200 euros. It comes with a Hardshell case and was heavily modified. For example the whole (golden) hardware was replaced by black high quality parts. It now has the best Grover tuners, a tuneomatic bridge and a black stoppiece. The white Pickguard was removed and replaced by a metal plate pickguard and the pickup selector was moved from the lower horn (stupid position, I mean you have to reach over your strings to swith the Pickup) to the volume and tone knobs.

I can't wait till it's delivered, I think I will put some original Gibson Pickups into it or I'll make it a Metal-Monster and install a Seymour Duncan Super Distortion/Jazz or an EMG 81/60 set into it. I'll post some pics when I recieved it and I will do a review when I put the Pickups in.
