Hello Marcus, I read your answer in the Gear topic:

QUOTE
The only thing I need is my Intellifex (yeah, I know, it is no pedal), besides this one I am not using any effects, just a Les Paul and a Rectifier.

and I'm thinking in getting it or in getting a T.C G-force. I see both for second hand and with a reasonable price (not a cheap price but an acceptable one). Did you tryied both ??
Well, what are the best points in the Intellifex ???

Thanks mate !!!

Hey Juan, the g-force is great too, for sure, so it would be a very good choice for you too. I tested it already and loved the sounds, actually I already thought about getting one too wink.gif But well, so far I only use the Rocktron stuff, and I am more than happy with it. First of all the sounds are great, which is the most important point of course. I like to keep my setup rather simple, I don't like huge racks with tons of equipment, the more you add, the more can go wrong, specially on tour. So the Intellifex (and also the Xpression that I use as a backup in my second unit) deliver all the effects that I need, in a very good quality ( nothing can beat the Chorus of the Intellifex), so like this I only need those two effects and both of my systems are fine. The second point about Rocktron gear, that is equally important for me, is the reliability. I am using my Intellifex since 1995, I am switching the sounds with a Rocktron Midimate, also since 1995, and I NEVER had any problems with it. I took that stuff around the world several times, used it in the most difficult situations (crappy power), and it never failed. As I said, the sound comes first of course, but the best sounding effect is worht nothing if it keeps dying every second gig, that's why I am really happy with my Rocktron stuff. Lol, and no, I am not endorsing them, I am just a convinced user wink.gif

Thanks Marcus, I think I'll go for it !!!! smile.gif I get the Chameleon 2000 from rocktron and I love it, but now I'll have a valve preamp, a Bogner clone smile.gif) so I cannot continue using it but it demostrated to me that the rocktron is a really serious company and his stuff is excellent.

Thanks Marcus wink.gif

I just got the G Major unit that I bought off Nick. But I don't know how to use the thing lol. It's taking me years to learn. I'm sure it's grand but it certainly not for the inept and stupid like me. biggrin.gif
