We were using an acoustic simulator and it turned out bad, but we figured we'd just use it for the demo, since we didn't have time to go back and track again. I think when using a proper mic'ed acoustic guitar it should sound ok, I'd also link up my delay better with the time of the song so it wouldn't sound so jumbled.
