Well I use mostly the "studio vocal preset" in gearbox...You want to record vocals as cleanly and with proper volume..Reverb, delay and other stuff should be added only later in the mix..

I also use studio vocal preset, flat, treble little up, and no effects. Also I turn down the air in effects chain to get rid of that cheap reverberation effect.

No, I just use studio vocal, to be honest didn't really try all of the presets, maybe 60% of them. It just happens to be that this one does the job very nice and didn't want to experiment further. But if you like it, compare it and see what gives you the best results of course. Cheers! smile.gif
