Hello GMC'ers I just thought Id share a project myself and my partner worked on for about a month now for our final project (I'm taking my first year Architecture course at BCIT)

Well to start its called the ACDC house, and one of the guidelines of the project was to build a "Sustainable" house which is like a green house basically it has to be an environmentally friendly house so you will see some of the features in the pictures I show you.

Well this picture shows the model's "Green roof" which has been "Gardened" wink.gif by myself to spell ACDC.

Attached Image

This Picture shows the buildings South side facia with the lightning bolts on the front sides of the house. The picture also shows the models south side glass which alows for maximum daylight to enter the building for warmth and comfort, therefore less elctric heat is needed. cool.gif

Attached Image

This picture shows my first "rough" model with my cardboard rockstar standing on the deck I just thought it ws funny so yeah laugh.gif

Attached Image

And this last picture shows a AutodeskVIZ model which I also made using this computer program. The guitar I just put in there just for character and i decided to make a Mocking bird just because its the same as my guitar tongue.gif. Oh yeah and I decided to use an ACDC concert picture taken from the stage and use it as a background picture for the rendering biggrin.gif

Attached Image

Hope you guys like it, Im' very proud of the work that I put into it as well as my partner.
