Yes you're right, the drummer doesn't look up. Too bad, because Muris had a winning number there, insterestíng arrangement and extremely technical, and I'm not just saying that sad.gif

Agreed. Maybe too technical for the drummer ?

I can only imagine how many people with pitchforks and torches were waiting for the drummer after the show laugh.gif

Well I just heard most of the finalists. and wow what a showcase of talent!

I would never have chosen Gustavo as the winner, some of the others were just at a much higher level than him!

Muris, Miyata, Feener, Jas Morris, and especielly Daniel Gottardo, really blew me away with their preformances!

Thanks for sharing this!. This is awesome!

My favorite was Muris. Too bad, he had the problem. But apart from him I was supporting Gustavo Guerra, more for being a brazilian than being the top player he is. I think anyone that reached this top ten has real something. So let's say that any of them could have won

However, this Daniele Gottardo really impressed me. What a tone! And what a composition. From this slow licks to shredding. His 2 hand tapping is amazing. If the live performance had to mean anything, this guy should have won.

Great links ESJ thanks smile.gif

Chris Feener certainly impressed me on the day, lots of talent on show for sure, it was a real shame that the only track that the drummer messed up on was Muris`s, but hey we all know how great he is anyway smile.gif

I did not watch them all. Watched yours, the winner's, some others. You would have had a much better chance if more of whoever voted on this had I.Q.s over the level of 105. That winner was just so predictable and uncreative. Like a wind up toy. I have cats that display more creativity than that. You were just over their heads Muris.

Anyway that reinforced my view, that there is no reason to look elsewhere than GMC for guitar instruction.
