Reading GMC forum, I find out that to get the most from recordings I need a piece to connect my guitar to my computer. So I ordered one Line 6 TonePort UX1.

Also, because of the metronome lesson, I ordered a Korg MA30 metronome. (as I am using feet as metronome and not really noticing if I am going faster or not)

Hope that it arrive in the next 7 days.

I have a Zoom 3000 multieffects that I barely use... someone owns one and have tips?

I think is a great and easy way to start with the recording work !! and a metronome is the best way to improve your technique smile.gif

I NEED a metronome. I am using feet as metronome... not very effective as I cannot measure how fast I am playing clean

It is very hard to keep track of your progress when you don't have something consistent to compare against.

I find that when I use my foot, I slow down on parts that need more thinking.

Also, using a metronome gets you used to hearing a consistent beat and mentally divide it.
