I have started working on a song and i have come up with a intro riff that i am pretty happy with but i could need some more work.

I just want to know what everyone think of it since i am not that good at writing

It reminds me a lot of game music - and trust me, it's not just because of the midi, because I've heard and written toooo much in midi. That said, I like it! smile.gif

I would play around with the tempo. My first reaction was that I wanted it to be slower. Maybe felt rushed.

Just my 2 cents.

Not bad - you could work this into something very cool.

Yeah i wasnt to sure of the tempo either a think i would like the first synth part to be slower and then it would go faster when the guitars enter

Very nice Superize ! I would maybe leave it at this tempo (with a little different drums groove) and use this parts as intro and than slow down the song in the first verse (you don't actually has to slow down the tempo) just hit the long chords/notes to slow it down...And than you go back to speedy stuff in the chorus smile.gif
hehe just some ideas..

Cheers
