very nice:)

Only thing that should be improved is the sound quality in my opinion? Are you using something like a pod or a mic infront of the amp?

Excellent job man!

One advice i would give is pay more attention to letting the music breath. Even in Improvisation.

There are times when it felt like you were trying to cram everything you know into one phrase. Good phrasing comes with practice just as much as scale use and all the other tools of guitar.

You can say just as much with silence in the right places as you can with a million notes.

You have great tone, and good note choices and quite a few good rhythmic ideas, now try to figure out how to string them together in a way that will invoke emotion in yourself and others. There were a couple magic moments like that in this improv you just have to refine it.

Daniel

It sounds cool, the track is little bassy, and if you are soloing guitar should be slightly more in front of the track. Playing is good, nice licks, you lack phrasing and structure in solo, but technique is quite good. Keep rockin man.

Thanks for the kind words!

I'll try to use more pauses next time, thanks Daniel, I get what you mean!

Also, yes, I am a real newbie to recording. My app wouldn't let me convert to MP3 so the file ended up 80mb unless I really messed the quality up.

Very nice man, beautiful phrasing,I think that lead guitar should be one or two db louder, but besides that every thing is cool and clean.

I liked it a lot. There were a couple really cool parts, but, there was also a couple parts where I was a little overwhelmed.
