Hey guys,

I think you already read about the new V-pick, if you haven't check the other thread on them in the Gear board.

I wondered if there were more dutch (or belgium) people who wanted those picks. If I can make a big order for a lot of people, it'll get a lot cheaper!

If you have interest, just pm me. After PM you're not bound to it, if I get enough people to do this, I'll pm you guys again if you are still ok with it.

Kaz

Good idea kaznie.

I've ordered a pack already but if it turns out that I will need more we might as well join the orders up.

I am very sad. I had this type of pick I liked, so I got 40 of them at 75 cents each, so $30. And I am trying to like those, but it is just so hard, being spoiled on V Picks now.

They are just so smooth, and the tone, the tone is so beautiful. I have been using the medium rounded, but ordered some diamond, will see how that goes. I will report on the other thread. give an objective comparison to the two types I have now. I understand the diamond is cheaper now than it will be, but it is still $10, so I will review it on the other thread.

I don't think its going to be that much cheaper to order picks to one address and then send them all over the country because people will have to pay for one lowered shipping (from us) and one normal domestic shipping...Can you calculate savings on shipping and differences ? wink.gif

It will still make a difference, but for me a rather negligible one:

E.g.: V-Picks shipment to Holland is about 6 dollars shipping costs = approx. 4 euro's, to distribute it through Holland will cost about 1 euro per shipment (this assumes not too many picks will be ordered).

So if 3 peeps would join in, the costs for shipment in total would be approx. 2.30 euro max. per person, instead of 4 euro.

Basically, I guess I will put my next order directly myself (also saves 2 days before I get them tongue.gif)

Yes but you need to calculate repackaging costs and maybe the shipping is higher when sending bulks of picks smile.gif
So for 6$ its not worth a hustle I guess smile.gif Also double waiting time for arrival smile.gif

Actually you are right:

Shipping Charges for International Orders
(in USD amounts)
0.01 to 20.00............................... 5.00
20.01 to 75.00............................. 6.00
75.01 to 175.00........................... 7.00
175.01 to 300.00........................10.00
300.01 and up 15.00..................15.00

So it can be a little higher ... but in the end of the day with the current exchange rate it's peanuts anyways tongue.gif
