Hey guys,

I got in contact with Mrs. V from V-picks (check this for more on V-Picks), and she wanted me to post a thank you on our forum! After some more corespondation, here's what she wanted to tell us:

QUOTE
Thank you to all of GMC members! We have taken many orders from your
group and we are grateful. We are a small, family company...so it has
meant a lot to us. We really do care that our customers find the RIGHT
V-Pick for them........every one of our 26 models have a different voice.
It is important to discover what voice that is in your head, and then to
match it with the V-Pick that will duplicate that for you. If you need
help on which V-Pick may be the right one, just contact us and we will
help you.

We are trying to change the way the world of guitartists think about
their guitar picks. The pick is an important tool....much tone is gained
or lost by the pick the musician chooses.

So, again, thank you to all GMC members.
Nancy Smith
Mrs. V

Very kind right? wink.gif She also contacted Kris about offering a leather porch with a pick as a competition price, so they have spotted GMC. I saw Mr. V was a frampton fan, so we'll just whait for him to see the Frampton lesson and then he'll sign up laugh.gif

Cool! I had missed this the last time but ordered now, one Diamond (10 dollar pick ohmy.gif ) a couple nightglow screamers and couple regular screamers and one small pointed.

Will be interesting to see how well they work. I'm used with 1-1.14 mm picks so this is something new wink.gif

I have some of those. and they are one of the more interesting picks, and I expect to still use it some. but, I think a person that likes the Dava would be the first one to really like a v pick. order a couple medium rounded. you will be blown away.

but he says he ordered these picks too so that means Muris with V-picks will play better than Muris of today. But reaching up to the "old" Muris with new picks sounds fair to me biggrin.gif

make sure you pony up another $4 and try a medium rounded when you do that. i got a screamer. not sure I will use it, I might grow into it, who knows. but I got it, to see what it would be. the rounded is much different, but you really can get a great and distinct ringing tone out of it.

Hehe, I actually ordered two screamers, a small pointed, a medium rounded and a leather pouch before I saw your post ^^
The medium rounded looked extremely good for rhythm guitar smile.gif
