Hi Guys, I've submitted a video for the Dean Shredder Search Contest, this is my first contest.

In general I don't like competition in music but I thought this was fun and...1st Place gets a One year supply of RedBull energy drink...I Had to! biggrin.gif

Check my entry, even if I'm not a shredder VOTE FOR ME! mad.gif biggrin.gif

Takes a while to load, but will be worth the wait!

Joe Kataldo Entry

If you like it could become a GMC Lessons

P.S.

after watching Muris entry, I've voted 1 for myself and 11 for him, he is really a great musician,
we are all lucky to have him as a GMC instructor and colleague biggrin.gif

Dude, just because Muris can shred faster than the speed of light and still produce awesome music, doesn't mean that your compositions decrease in quality! Your piece ROCKED, and I'd be proud to have composed that if I were you smile.gif

You are both kick-ass guitar players, and IMO theres no teachers on GMC that are better than others, all of you contribute with different things that make GMC what it is - a unique place with unlimited diversity! smile.gif

Voted 11 for you, good luck! smile.gif

I loved it Joe!!! The melodic phrasing was great and the way you ended on the last note gave me chills

Gave it an 11

--------------------
"Think of a guitar solo as a paragraph. You need a clear beginning, a middle, and an end. Look at musical phrases like sentences, and make sure you break them up using punctuation—or space. You pause naturally when conversing, right? If you don't, you'll bore the listener. The same thing will happen with your audience if your solo is one dimensional. You'll wear them out and lose their attention." —Tom Principato
