Don't take this the wrong way, but you are (to me) a better painter than a guitar player. YOu're great at guitar, but this is amazing. Wow, I'm really impressed.

I hope I need to change my job !!! Thanks mate, but I'm sure that with this guitar I'll spend more time playing biggrin.gif
Anyway I don't want to be a great painter or a great guitarist, I want to be a great musician and write great and variated song, that's the most important for me biggrin.gif

Hi, I've also been kind of a Warhammer Geek once upon a time, just that I played the Lord of the Rings-version of the game tongue.gif biggrin.gif I think have like over 50 Citadel paints in my drawer and around 100 unpainted figures as I haven't painted anything for over a year laugh.gif
One thing that I wonder if would be cool is if you took some metallic paint and drybrushed it over the white surface, maybe it would look a little more "shiny" that way? smile.gif Another thing would be some kind of Lord of the Rings-motive, maybe the door outside Moria with Gandalf and Frodo outside? biggrin.gif

Good results Juan! wink.gif Just one thing...Have you considered having whole guitar in black paint (with pictures in white)...Everything looks great to me except the edges of the guitar where you can see original paint...

Well, I'm easily impressed when it comes to painting, I just thought it was awesome. Compose music and paint the cd covers sounds like a good combo then biggrin.gif Or something.

All black ?? no, I don't like completely-black guitars (although I have one tongue.gif) and the reason is because I always wear black clothes so a black guitar doesn't looks good (IMHO)...

Well, now with the varnish it looks more shiny, don't need to try the metallic paint smile.gif

Hey guys to news... One is Good and the other is Bad... the good is that I've recorded 1 hour of my painting work in video... the bad is that the VideoCassete was old and it has bad quality sad.gif

Anyway I think you can look it... but don't worry, I'll speed up the cassete !!! hahahaha, one hour is too much time... I will compress it in a 3 minutes video, I think it will be time enough smile.gif

Yeah make a compilation of good parts speed up smile.gif

About the black guitar yeah it won't look good against black clothes...Its just the edges of guitar that seemed not fitting so cool as others parts of the paint job - to me smile.gif
But its cool this way also ! smile.gif

Have you put protective finish over the back side ?

mmm well, I like the edges... and I think I'll keep it but I have some ideas that I should try... wink.gif

and yes, I varnished the back, actually a light varnish, only 2 times, that's the reason why I didn't upload pics till Friday, because I cannot paint while the back is not dry enough. When I finish all parts I will apply 4 or 5 "varnishes" more tongue.gif
