Jeff is an outstanding player. I know him since many many years, Nevermore opened up for us back in 1995, he was awesome back then already, but he constantly improved his skills. He is defintitely one of my fave guitarists.

loomis is one of the gods when it comes to riffing..
i couldn´t believe my ears when listening to the last nevermore recorde... but this track promises that the solo album will even be stronger..
can´t wait to buy it!

This is his first solo album, You should check out his main band though, Nevermore. There album "This Godless Endeavour" is in every sense of the word, Flawless.

I'm not a big fan at all of Nevermore's anti-religious topics but Loomis is a mad man! I have Nevermore's last album and Enemies of Reality, I may need to pick this one up.

Gotta love the fans sense of humor, saying he's female =p

Jeff is one of the most phenomal melodic guitarists of the freaking century in my opinion, and I think he's solo album will prove that!

Jeff Loomis is god, and Nevermore is an awesome band. Though being around for quite a long time now, their latest Studio-album "This Godless Endeavour" is probably one of their best i think. Check out the track "The Psalm of Lydia" and the intro-sweeps in it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=seiz-RjLLLk .
