Hi everyone..

Today is last day at work before leaving for my trip to the states.. \o/
Three weeks of cruising from Las Vegas to Death Valley, SF, Santa Barbara, LA, and back to Las Vegas.

Going to look for a new guitar overthere as well. Still looking at getting the Custom Gibson 1958 VOS. plays amazing.. I really like the big fat neck..

Anyways, I am also looking for some really good blues records, so i hope you guys can help me out..
I want the best of the best blues records from the likes of Albert Blues, B.B. King etc. etc.

So if you have any suggestions to which Albert King record is the best please let me know.

Thank you all, and i will become active again in about 3 weeks..
take care.

First of all, have a great 3 weeks!

One of the classics in my opinion of Albert King is "Born under a bad sky". A live recording I particularly like as well "Live at the Regal" from B.B. King. Some other great albums are "The Anthology, 1947 - 1972" of Muddy Waters and "King of the Delta Blues Singers, Vol. 1" of Robert Johnson.

Hopefully this helps smile.gif

Enjoy your trip and bring back something nice for youself! smile.gif

I got a blues record rescently with Clapton and King, I think it was very cool. Riding with the King it's called. Clapton is right where he belongs and after this he releases a couple other real blues records too (which I don't got).
- Me and Mr Johnson
- Sessions for Robert J

worth checking out!

And while on the subject of Clapton, Yardbirds, John Mayall and Cream are also worth to dig into.

Anyway, have a nice trip! biggrin.gif
