Hey GMC!!!

I´m a 18 year old´ guy from Sweden that started to play both acoustic and electric guitar in early 2006. As you can see I´ve only played guitar for2 years now and I´m just self taught.

I have the feeling for music and espicially guitar playing but I have one problem and that´s the reason I´ve joined GMC.

I don´t know much about music in theory. You know, I´m a huge fan of the 80´s rockscene with bands like Guns n´ Roses, Firehouse, White Lion, Mötley Crüe and many other bands.

I can play alot of their songs on my guitar but I have one BIG problem. I don´t know what I am plaing. You know like scales and notes etc.

Someday I want to be a serious muscisian (dont know how it spells:D) and I can imagine that it´s very important to have this knowledge about scales and boxes and stuff?

That´s why I decided to be a GMC member.
Help me GMC please, I want to rock even harder with my poodlehair and my explorer on my couge wink.gif

Where can I find good fact about music in theory wich explains it easy?

//Nikki
