I know it's early.. so shoot me now huh.gif , but this year I would finally like to record some Christmas music for friends and family. We have a few Christmas songs on GMC already that I am starting to learn, but is anyone planning on making some more?

Since it seems to take me forever to learn a lesson and even longer to record something, I want to get started early so that I would have time to complete it before Christmas. What do you think?

Hey Jeff,

Check this out.

http://music.download.com/monsterballadsxm...-101084054.html

This is a really fun Xmas cd with some fun songs.

My kids just love dancing around to it.

Some good jams as well. There not to hard to play.

One of my son's favorites is "Danger Danger - Naughty Naughty Christmas"

Go figure laugh.gif

"Think of a guitar solo as a paragraph. You need a clear beginning, a middle, and an end. Look at musical phrases like sentences, and make sure you break them up using punctuation—or space. You pause naturally when conversing, right? If you don't, you'll bore the listener. The same thing will happen with your audience if your solo is one dimensional. You'll wear them out and lose their attention." —Tom Principato

I have an idea, maybe this time around, everybody should do a christmas lesson in one style, like metal christmas, blues christmas, jazz christmas and so on smile.gif
