The price usually tells a lot about the quality you can expect from a guitar. Don't expect it to play like a 1000€ axe. It's likely to be closer in quality to a 200€ guitar.

Probably an ok guitar but not more is my guess from the specs and price without knowing more about it.

Looks very nice and the specs. are ok.

I have never had a chance to play Wilkinson® pickups but appart from that I think it's a good guitar. You should always try guitar before you buy it. The neck is the most important, how comfortable you feel when playing.

I agree with Emir, play before you buy, the specs describe a nice guitar, never heard of wilkinson pickups before but the rest looks fine.

I have played $300 guitars I've felt in love with, and $1500 guitars that I hated, so it is important to test what you are buying.

Jose is absolutely right, you should definitely try the guitar. After all you are the one who will play it, so you have to like it.

Like everybody said already - always try before you buy. Yes, it looks nice, and specs are OK, but the most important thing is for you to feel comfortable playing it, and you like how it sounds, both on clean and on distortion.

Hmm I wouldn't buy this guitar without first trying it out..It can be pretty good , but pour too.Its not all in the specs..And I get suspicious especially when I see such good looks of it smile.gif
Maybe you should go with something more reliable in that price range (with better overall info about the guitar).

For good quality budget guitars try washburn they are really great to play and there are some cool looking designs plus you will end up with better pickups as well,

have a look at this beast for example

http://www.guitarampkeyboard.com/en/74293

I have had a vintage guitar and to honest the build quality isn't up to much and the stock pickups were a little microphonic so were'nt suited to metal having said that it was way before trevor wilkinson got involved with vintage.
but as the others said you need to play a guitar to tell really

I agree 100%. Washburn make superb guitars, both high end and low end guitars. I own 3 Washburn Idols and they are fantastic guitars, they really are. I sold my Gibsons to get a Washburn Custom and as far as I am concerned, they leave Gibson standing when it comes to design and build.

Let me give you a not so smart advice. ORDER NOW!
My two last guitars were ordered without trying, loved both of them! (An Ibanez RG and a Carvin strat).
In the summer I also was THIS close to order the petrucci guitar...but I went a little short on money unfortunately.
My point. If you have some money and are planning to play live (where image count in metal) you could gamble and give the guitar a shot;)
If it completely sucks, experiment on it and MAKE it awesome:D
Horrible advice, i know, but whatever! Merry x-mas
