I will give it a go but it could be awful. It's too long for me to play for really in a genre I love but am awful at. I will listen to Earth, Wind and Fire for inspiration and record something shortly. biggrin.gif

Unfortunately being so useless makes me highly depressed. I suck.

That was really interesting take OC!!

You do need more skills but you're not lacking with self confidence
which is great! smile.gif

Edit, speaking of skills,we ALL need them more.

I wish I was better. I hope I get the skills one day biggrin.gif Christ it is quite bad upon listening again but there you go. I did my best. The closer to the end it's clear my ideas were dwindling quick. A lot of bum notes also sad.gif

Nope,it wasn't bad at all,
you don't have problems with confidence when playing
but I believe you look with too much criticism on your takes,
criticism is good of course but you're going doing it way
too hard on yourself imo. smile.gif

Yeah Muris' and Ivan's takes are great nevertheless they are instructors, they spent many years practicing and seeking new techniques, if we work very hard, we will be in our turn as good as them maybe better! You gotta belive that..

I had plans on doing a take for this one, but I found myself a little stuck in a rut with something that I wasn't quite happy about, but couldn't see no other way around - unfortunately I am kinda out of time now.

I don't think it should be extended by 15 days. Possibly 4 or 5 tops. But that is my opinion. Will be good to have more people but people will lose interest that have already recorded if they need to wait 2 weeks for feedback. Or am I wrong?

I think you are right, even though I haven't recorded anything yet.

By the 19th or 20th of November would be fine by me.

That's why I don't listen to anyone elses's take until after I post my own. That way I am not influenced in any way by what someone else does and I'm not daunted by others superior performances. wink.gif

Well... Muris and Ivan are a tad intimidating... haha... But I want to try anyway. I'll record right now.

Edit:

Gah! Why is it so hard to stay cool and original for 40 seconds? Hahaha. I'll get it soon.
