This one is published today. If you are interested about my album, career, bands I played with... this interview has a lot about it.

In 2 weeks I will be 15 minutes live on a Canadian radio and of course I am going to talk a bit about GMC apart from my album. I will post the link as soon as I know it.

The interview was an awesome read.

The sound clips of your album on your site sounded great. I will be buying your CD soon.

Youtube site is also cool. I like the videos.

Congrats on your carrier. I'm sure things will only get better for you.

"Think of a guitar solo as a paragraph. You need a clear beginning, a middle, and an end. Look at musical phrases like sentences, and make sure you break them up using punctuation—or space. You pause naturally when conversing, right? If you don't, you'll bore the listener. The same thing will happen with your audience if your solo is one dimensional. You'll wear them out and lose their attention." —Tom Principato

Emir, you're the real deal for sure. You know what impresses me? The fact that so many astounding players come from your neck of the woods.
I'm not talking about your new home in the UK, I'm referring to Bosnia. There's you, and Muris, and Ivan...I'm impressed with your level of talent, but I suspect that you guys have an extraordinary work ethic as well.
I try to keep that in mind when I practice, because I'm of the opinion that I'm a bit spoiled compared to you guys, and the situation you had to go through back in the 90s'. I respect you for that, as well as for your incredible playing.
I hope to see you and Muris tour the US one of these days. That would be a real treat. Good luck.

That's a MUST smile.gif I've been planing that project for a long time. Muris should move to London for a couple of monhts very soon and we will take some serious actions about it smile.gif

There are many talented musicians and artists from Balkan. That part of Europe is historicaly interesting. Many cultures were mixed there and it was some kind of crossroads for trading goods (and bads unfortunately). First we were under Ottoman empire then under Austrian-Hungarian Empire. Most European wars happened on Balkan. All those things affected people's mentality and therefore everything else was affected - music as well. The only problem is that those people are having extremely hard time promoting it outside.
Speaking about work ethic, I don't know about Muris and Ivan but to be honest I am not very dedicated to what I do. Sometimes I feel retired smile.gif

Thanks for the comment.
