It's simple.... What is your favorite song?

you only get to pick ONE!!!!

what would it be? (and it can be a specific version of a song, obviously)

I've listened to this one song in particular 100s of times in my youth, and I still love it today...
Ruben and Cherise - Grateful dead... its a live version, but I am not sure where its from....
It tells an awesome story, and I just love it.

so what would it be for you...
remember... ONLY ONE!

try to think of a desert island scenario where you can only bring one piece of music...

ONE? YOU SICK [THING YOU]! This is a difficult question indeed. I would say You shook me all night long from ac/dc. because It's the first song I heard from ac/dc when I liked it:P And it's just awesome!

I am not sure is this the song but if not my favorite than one of them, and if I could only take one song to the lonely island, I wouldn't regret taking it:

Blind Guardian - Mordred's Song

Tornado Of Souls by Megadeth. Especially the 9 Minute live version they played when i saw them with Chros Broderick. That was epic in so many ways...

I would put these songs in Pro Tools just after each others and make a medley of them: Nightwish - Gethsemane, Nightwish - Creek Mary's Blood, Marcus Lavendell - Winding Roads, The Lighting of the Beacons from Lord of the Rings: the Return of the King, Chopin - Nocturne #10 in Ab, blink-182 - Carousel, Coldplay - Fix You, Gorillaz - Starshine, Iron Maiden - The Number of the Beast and Nirvana - You Know You're Right biggrin.gif
