That's the spirit! laugh.gif

I don't do any sports at all these days but I used to do boxing and with that came weight lifting and running.

I've got a room set up and I'll put a workout machine (one of those all in one machines) that I presently got stuffed away at my fathers place which is 250 km away, good reason to postpone it laugh.gif I'll hang up the old sack too if I still have it somewhere happy.gif

I need to get started with something dry.gif

I go to the gym 3 times a week to workout. Mostly working on my back, since it's a major problem because of a condition i was born with. Apart from that i take my trusty bicycle to work 5 days a week. thats 24 km per day.

I play baseball, basketball and Hockey and I try to get to the gym at least 3 times a week... however since I threw my back out in July I haven't been able to do anything. My physiotherapist has me doing some yoga and pilates atm and I love it. Think I'll continue with it actually. Can't wait for the OK from the doc though to get back into things... especially hockey. I feel like a slob.

I work out here and there....i'm trying to prepare my body a bit to begin the P90X workout-which is quite intense. I love the feeling i get from a workout biggrin.gif

If I were in good enough shape I'd be on the P90X workout. I'm convinced that this workout is the best in the business. If it's a well kept secret, it won't be for long. The combination of circuit training and muscle confusion is a brilliant concept.

I had the option this year of taking "Independent Studies Physical Education". I always worked out at the gym to stay in shape. Now I get credits for P.E. at my school by working out at my gym. I also have time to take an extra class...

There's a "rock climbing" facility about a block away from my school, I use to go after school and during lunch. But, now I'm so busy I barely have time to play guitar...

Running, going to the gym and lifting weights are just the crappest things ever. They are all so boring and unforfilling.

I swim quite a lot, and have done since I was a child. I tend to go about twice a week, maybe once more if I can be bothered. I play badmington on Saturday afternoons for 2 hours. I also play 5-a-side once a week on Sunday evenings.

It's not that much exercise but it keeps me pretty fit. It helps that I don't eat loads of rubbish food.

I always had one wish... That I could be as good playing guitar that I am at doing sports.
Nowadays I mostly:
Walk/Run
&
Bodybuilding

Sports I occasionaly do or Have done:
Swimming
MMA
Gymnastics
weightlifting (in the actual competetive form, though I have never competed)

It's actually thrilling days here for me, cos I by my own study of bodybuilding/sports in general and nutrition, with my own experience and just the traditional studying from the books, created a Workout and nutrition program wich has many phases, made especially for people in really bad shape and obese to work their way towards the body and health they admire may it be just slim and good fit or big, strong muscles and Iron like aerobic shape(AKA "Superhunk"). The cool thing is that the phases depend on your starting points and goals.

So for this program I have already picked a "test" group and the testing began yesterday. So even when I already have a test group, still if someone sees this who would like to give it a go, just pm me or add to messenger.

All I can say is that every DeadHard workout is like exctacy to me(I have tried so I know Its EXACTLY like it), I would rather die than stop it. Plus I recommend it to everyone(not the excstacy the Working out)

Swimming is one of the best, if not the best exercises you can do. It is also very easy on your joints where running and weightlifting will cause problems. I've been weightlifting for years, but I am now getting joint pain from that and running. My new workout is going to be primarily swimming.

And you're right about watching what you eat. smile.gif

I used to play soccer when i was 11-12, mainly due to my dad being a local soccer-hero and trainer of the team. But we quickly figured out that it wasnt much point in it since i used to run away from the ball instead of at it smile.gif
