WOW!!! cool.gif

This turned out even better than I thought it would, Ivan, your the man! Allot went into this video and the comments. You are spot on with my assessment. I'm really working at getting my ap up to speed and will focus more on vibrato from the wrist. smile.gif
I'll work on the quality of my videos as well. Thanks again for the comments Ivan.. smile.gif

Great takes from everyone and I'm proud to have taken part in this collab. Hat's off to all of you! Great job guys! smile.gif

Thanks, thanks thanks thanks.... THANKS!

Ivan, I have a question, can you PM me some info about the wrist anchoring you told me about? I don't exactly know what you mean, and lately I've had some troubles with my picking hand, it hurts and I think I kinda overused it. I didn't even use it more than normal... Could this anchoring habit have slipped in due to a new guitar? You also talked about the wrist movement, you mean I use my under arm?

Wow, Ivan! Amazing job that you have done. smile.gif Thank you a lot for opening this collab. It was real fun to build a solo to the backing. All videos put together, we can all play at a Blues festival! laugh.gif
Also, thank you for the good comments. I knew that something was wrong with my vibrato, but I didn´t really know what. Now, I know. Thanks. smile.gif
Simply a great collab. I´m in for the next video collaboration.

Wow Ivan, what an amazing job you did putting this all together - the amount of effort you put into this must have been huge and it shows, especially with comments on all aspects of the participants!

Thanks too for your kind comments - I really appreciate the comments on the vibrato and will pay some attention to it smile.gif And of course the Chromakey is still a work in progress!

Oh and by the way, that was a killer take you did at the end to round it all off!

Thanks again!

Thank you guys so kindly. smile.gif

My take is actually from the slow blues lesson that was lived a couple of days ago. smile.gif

PS for all of you that want a hi res video of this collaboration, I'm working on it, cause I can't seem to upload it here on the topic. The file has 130MB in rar archive. Video is Xvid, resolution around 510x380. I will ask Kris if he can put it somewhere where we can watch it on GMC.

That was slow blues? blink.gif
Yikes, I'm not sure I wanna know what fast blues is laugh.gif

That would've been awesome if we could get to see the high resolution video as well smile.gif

This final mix was beyond cool. It was awesome! You are really the collab man. I love most of GMC site, but collabs are simply the best part in GMC IMO smile.gif And this one was really great and represents the next step on that.

Now I just regret that I did not prepare mine part better and made it last minute.

And thanks for the advices Ivan, I don't know when I started to anchor my hand but I started recently. I never thought of that but you are right that may cause me harm on the long run. So I will try to go back to "wrist" picking.

Just to give credits to the right man, the "nice touch of delay" you mentioned is actually my modified version of Marcus Lavendell's POD patch. I changed only the amp model and settings from his patch. I will try to give more low end fullness to this patch. By the way, I don't know why but I am always led toward making very treble patches tongue.gif
