The pro track is also a great choice. I have it in my strat as bridge, but sounds great in all positions. I originally had it in the middle, cuz it delivers a GREAT sound when combined with other pickups.

I seriously looked at that pickup... Most people looking for pickup advice are looking for their main playing pickup. I'm looking to expand a great playing guitar and give it a few more voices. It's been darn near impossible trying to come up with something I want when so many people give me great ideas. Looks like there are a lot of Dimarzio players out there (myself included) and the selection is vast. I'm sure I could go with any of the above suggestions and be very happy. One thing I noticed, and it helped big time with my choice is true single coil verses stacked humbuckers. Not a person talked bad about the stacked humbuckers so I'm willing to give them a try and see if I can get more out of a already great guitar.

Thanks to all,
tommyboy

Glad you found the tube site useful. I know I sure did. I think I've got my pickups picked out. Sure wish I could give them a try first.

Thanks,
