First off, way too much delay. It's really hard to hear what's going on.
Your bends aren't to pitch, which steals alot of the focus.
Also most of it is off the beat, meaning it's not in time.

Muris gave me a tip about this, he said "record with guitar low, so you hear the beat clearer."
Then you can just raise the volume after it's recorded.

Regarding the bends; a good way to practise this is to bend up to the next key in the scale, then controllcheck it by actually picking the fret you tried to bend to. This is really really helpful!

However, sorry for the blunt intro, this is really good playing for 1 year!!
I really think you've got huge potential, and motivation learning such a rough song this early.
I hope you can take my critique as constructive thoughts instead of being offended, because it was absolutely not ment that way.
