I'd say 90% of feeling is a good bend and vibrato technique! I think you should work on this. Also, soundwise, your tone is very dry. Try this eq: mid 10, bass 6, treble 6 - and put some reverb on (if you don't have delay.). In this solo, reverb would prolly be better, as it is a non-melodic metal solo (meaning it's not ballad'ish.) Try it and give some feedback! |

This has been my major criticism of the site, since forever, that full versions are not provided (except by O'Toole) that are naked play. They should provide a version like that along with the one with backing, that is just common sense. But nobody but one does it. It is difficult for really sound good without backing, because you really do have to sound good. Because that is not provided, it creates unrealistic expectations, and is confusing for people, it really is. Don't know why nobody but me seems to understand that. 2) Don't worry about speed. I have seen you here, and you are on your way to being a fine guitarist, I am sure of that, You need to focus on your vibrato more, you notes are not all in tune, you have to put somthing on them, get them all to sound sweet and in tune. Somehow, do something with them. Sometimes just a a little bend, or a tremolo action, just someting to make them all sound sweet. That is the only issue, some of your notes are a bit sour. But don't take it wrong, you have musical talent, that is clear. |

Superize, I think you did great, just need to relax a bit which will come in time. Also more work is needed on the vibratos in order to really make them wide and firm mate.
