Hi guitarpeople smile.gif

As I am leaving my hometown (and regular axess to internet) and heading for the winterland of Idre, Sweden.
I wanted to post a soundclip of me playing.

This is 12 bar blues in Eb - Stevie-Ray style. Note that I also managed to record a walking bass biggrin.gif
Guitar and bass is tuned 1 step down to Eb

I used a Fender Stratocaster Lite Ash edition with Staggered Seymor Duncan mics through a Peavey Classic 30 and the bassguitar is a simple Yamaha RBX260 smile.gif

I hope someone enjoys this rocky 12 bar blues smile.gif

BTW. I know it's not 100% tight tongue.gif

Great! here is what I like about it:

Good tone, cool licks and technique and most of all sounds like you have had some impressive progress since our live lessons! blink.gif biggrin.gif

Now as you pointed out - something strange happens when the walking bass comes in. I am a bit confused on exactly what is going wrong - but I suspect the solo guitare is fairly tight with the drums - but the bass is going way out.

I would really like to hear it again with no bass or a different groove.

Thanx biggrin.gif I mostly use pentatonic scale when improvising, I have learned minor scale. But as I'm mostly play rock n roll and blues for now the penta scale suits me perfect biggrin.gif And as u shown in your lesson there are lots and lots of cool licks and phrases for me to learn. BTW I do recognise a whole bunch of licks biggrin.gif

I'll see what I can come up with, just thought that walking bass was cool thing to through in, maybe need to work out the timing and feel better wink.gif
